Freight policy
Bottini Enterprises, Inc. will prepay freight on all single orders with
a value of $750.00 or more shipped from our warehouse in San Carlos.
Freight will be added to any orders under $750. Any claims for making
shortages must be made within 10 days. Claims for shipping damage or
loss must be cleared with the carrier.
Merchandise return policy
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect all merchandise for defects or
shortages.
Defective materials presented for return must be accompanied by a copy
of the original shipment receipt. Returns must be requested within 10
days of receipt.
We will accept back any non-defective or unopened products for credit or
refund as long as the products are in re-sellable condition, complete in
its original box within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
